Dr. Champa Bhushan, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Champa Bhushan
Dr. Bhushan has over 35 years experience in the field of communications, system engineering and security. Throughout her career, she has managed and led complex projects in information technology and communications.
She has consulted with national and international carriers and designed carrier-grade networks integrating voice, data and video using a myriad of technologies such as IP, ATM, FR, satellite communications and traditional voice networks. She has also designed enterprise networks, including local and wide area networks, and helped a national carrier formulate a strategy to introduce IP based services such as IP-VPNs and Voice over IP.
She has expertise in diverse areas: for example, she was involved in automating a patent processing system and was instrumental in planning and designing an office automation system for USPTO.
Dr. Bhushan has also developed and taught system engineering courses for Nortel’s internal training programs. She recently taught wireless communications and network management courses while on sabbatical at Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani India, her alma mater. In addition, she has authored a number of papers and technical documents.
Dr. Bhushan received her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Jadavpur University in Culcutta, India; her master’s degree in electrical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology in Pilani, India; and her Ph.D. degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.

Rex Calliflower, Vice President, Operations
Rex Calliflower
Rex Calliflower has over 25 years experience spanning all aspects of voice and data communications. He has spent most of his career managing communications support contracts to the federal government. Mr. Calliflower’s experience in operations management as well as in finance and sales allows him to provide oversight across the entire organization.
He has played key roles in supporting projects in telecommunications areas such as Wide Area Networks (WAN), Local Area Networks (LAN), PBXs, T1 multiplexing, technology assessments, network design studies, infrastructure cost studies, and deployment of voice and data services which now dominate the telecommunications landscape.

Mindy Zurawski, Financial Controller & Director of Administration
Mindy Zurawski
Mindy Zurawski is a senior accounting and business financial professional with end-to-end experience in government and commercial accounting and contracts. Her career began in a public accounting firm in Dallas, Texas. Her subsequent work has included accounting for Exxon and Mobil Service Stations, lumber company accounting, public accounting, and 17 years of government accounting and contracts experience with RCG.
Ms. Zurawski is experienced in human resources, HR policies and procedures, benefit plans, payroll and related reports, and quality policy programs. At RCG, her projects have included leading RCG’s implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality policy system. She takes pride in her devotion to superior customer and staff relations and follow-through.

Joanna Williamson, Vice President of Business Development
Joanna Williamson
Joanna Williamson has more than 16 years experience in business development, specializing in Information Technology products and services. She has worked for companies from small firms to major contractors such as Northrop Grumman IT.
Ms. Williamson has experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, with special skills including capture management, positioning for recompetes, and new account development. She also has specialized training in branding, including name recognition and slogan generation.
In addition, she has served on several executive leadership committees. Ms. Wiliamson holds a B.S. from Averett College and is a member of ACT/IAC and AFCEA.

Rosemarie Franz, Manager of Market Research and Business Development
Rosemarie Franz
Rosemarie Franz brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in proposal development, market research, and competitive analysis to her position at RCG. She is a seasoned market intelligence professional with established contacts in the public sector CXO and vendor communities.
Prior to working with RCG, Ms. Franz was a project coordinator for the development of a Nuclear Power Roadmap for the United Arab Emirates. She also performed in-depth market research and analysis on key federal civilian agencies at INPUT and CACI/AlphaInsight.
She is active in several associations such as the Industry Advisory Council, where she is an ambassador, and AFCEA Bethesda and AFFIRM, where she held board positions.
She holds a B.A. in German and a B.S. in Political Science from the State University of New York, Oswego.
